1. Maximum time for online consultation is 10 minutes.
2. Please try to describe the condition of your child in detail in ‘live chat’ form e.g. symptoms etc. It will save time and will help doctor understand and diagnose.
3. Doctor can ask you for a video call by Whatsapp, Skype or Telegram.
4. Before connecting to online consultation please make sure that:
   • Your phone or computer is connected to internet for a live video call.
   • You have paid the online consultation fee.
5. Doctor will advise treatment, precautions or medication online.
6. Vaccine consultation is free.
7. In following situations half of the consultation fee will be returned:
   • At the end of consultation if the doctor feels that your child needs to be referred to hospital
   • During consultation if doctor feels that your baby/child is dehydrated and he/she requires to have emergency treatment
   • During consultation if doctor feels that your baby/child need physical check up

In these hard times of global pandemic, consultation fee is being contributed to maintain these online resources.

Dr Salman Bajwa is a graduate of Rawalpindi Medical College, batch 29 (2007), did his FCPS residency at Benazir Bhutto Hospital and Holy Family Hospital. He has worked as Registrar pediatrics in Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Al-Nafees Medical College, Islamabad. Currently, he is a consultant pediatrician at South East Hospital, Islamabad.
